From what I can see it's a Zytel modem that's had it's firmware hacked by centrylink. The documentation does state that it can do portforwards, but no listing to a limit. It doesn't show if it's even posable to put it into bridged mode. How is your connection provisioned? ADSL2+ or VDSL? If you have the login details for the connection (not the login to the router), then you could get a router known to allow what you want and then use that. Here in Australia, the ISP's are not allowed to lock us into a certin brand of router.
