BBSLink and DoorParty are both good options.

Quazar door server is another that works in a similar way to the other two.

InterBBS doors (there are a few in fsxNet) are connected by transfering files 
between nodes, usually by FTN transfer. You run those doors on your BBS whereas 
with the BBSLink and other options the doors are run by others on a remote 
server.
