I had it running years ago on XP, am trying to get my BBS running on WIndows 10 
- I forgot what I did to get it answering on a telnet port when I had it 
running.

I liked Opus, I almost used Opus as my first platform, but was leery of .msg. 
As it turned out, I used Telegard 2.5, which meant I had to unpack packets to 
*.msg anyways, then import them into the BBS.
