A feed-cut is certainly possible. But it would take a fairly serious act of
"excessively annoying behavior" and have a complaint sent up the ranks to
have anyone consider it. It would have to fall on clearly illegal content,
genuine harassment or disruption of the network ie. spamming. The complaint
would have to logically show action needed beyond Sysops pressing "Next".

Its one of the reasons why the few trolls such as Lee/Bjorn never venture
beyond the realm of bad-taste. No packet-bombs, echo-flooding or Netmail
harassment. They are lightweights compared to hardcore Internet trolls.

Agreed. A little more annoying than routine dead-areas are when I see an echo
with some real good convo going on that a moderator feels to need to
routinely post "message stats" or rules when its not needed at all. Stats
belong in their own dedicated echo. Who freaking cares about the top poster or
top BBS software. We all know Mystic 10 More Cowbell Edition is the best.
