    Well, we are supposed to host regions geographically linked to Latin America, which means from Tijuana to Ushuaia. 

    However, with the demise of Z5 and Z6, a few remaining nodes were hosted under Z3 umbrella by then. 

    I remember that Russel Tiedt, which was the ZC5, is now connected to Z3. 

    We would be more than happy to add your friend to our Latin family, but I would ask for Ward's opinion on that first.
