Just so you are aware, 4:92/1 is an inexistant entry in the nodelist. Please use something else or fix the 4:92 Region-segment.
 
Second, please update your binkd-configuration. You are presenting unaltered Russian information from the release package.
 
Using your real name would be fine too though I'm not the master here.
