I have just been informed about the following. As several connect to Janis for 
whatever, you might want to know why connect fails:

I just received a voice call from Janis.  Seems her system got dumped on with a 
massive slew of humungeous files, which basically crashed her computer. Since 
she's living through a major ice storm, she's unable to get out and acquire 
replacement parts. She doubts if she'll be back up today. Hopefully some time 
tomorrow.
