Hmmm ... :-( ...
 
I just put "MINphone 1" in my Windows-based configuration and the error 
showed-up as before. It should have no bearing according to my mind and when 
tried in a production-environment it indeed didn't either.
 
So if after double-checking you can confirm there is no "ALLOWunpub" in your 
configuration, then there is a discrepancy between how the Windows-based and 
the Linux-based versions operate.
