 I gave a more elaborate analysis in our local lanuage echo.

 A short summary: Manuel made a quick addition to his segment, but did
 not test it. Apparently he had allowunpub enabled.
 ZC1 was either forwarned or has allowunpub enabled by default or whatever.
 Judging from the Z1 full nodelist the option was enabled.

 Next week Manuel will correct his segment and if he adds Pvt for the new
 entry, every thing is back to normal.

 Or the ZC's accept this incident to move forward.

 Luckily it is non of my business, I am just an observer, who makes premature
 observations. ;)
