The segments Manuel's system sends-out are week-by-week the same and are mailed 
by auto-pilot. Other than the CRC in the header there is not a single change 
since May 22nd 2012 which is the oldest segment of his I have on file.
 
There's nothing in it worthy of the word "updated". 
He himself is out of reach. He hasn't written anything since Nov.15 2012.
 
Let's please stop this game and hope the ex-Z4C can figure something out.
 
If not then there are only 2 solutions: either Z4 finds a new ZC which I think 
is highly unlikely or we accept that the zone has expired and accomodate 
whomever can be salvaged where-ever he'd like.
