Subj : pull H from nntp how?

I haven't used the nntp feature for a little while, and I  
forget how to mark a [H]eader for download.

For example, I see this:

 >   H     0 02.01 Michael B„uerle        -Subject turned into  
an odd mess (was:
 >   H     0 02.01 August Abolins         -OpenXP 5.0 fr Windows =?ISO-8859-1?Q
 >   H     0 27.12 Anna Christina Nass    Re: OpenXP 5.0 fr Windows verfgbar
 >   H     0 27.12 Roland White           Re: OpenXP 5.0 fr Windows verfgbar
 >   H     0 27.12 Gunter                 Re: OpenXP 5.0 fr Windows verfgbar

...but I forget how to activate a download request for the "H"  
messages.

The F1 help doesn't seem to have that instruction.
