The boss node sent me an already unpacked version of the  
nodelist to try, and THAT one is causing the problem too.  :(


 gs> Try unpackig the file on command line with the unpacking command
 gs> configured in OpenXP and see what's happening.

See above.  I don't think the unpacker has anything to do with  
the current problem.

Could there be a bad-char situation in the file?
