So I am reading message in a jolly fashion and I have to quit, down goes the probem

As time goes on everything is just ducky

Then out of nowhere the program comes up with German at the top and a Black Dialoge area.

So, I get the startup and do a full re-install. The end result everything back to normal except it has to read all my message areas when I boot up.

Please tell me what to do, if it is a downgrade, please help me to do that.

I am really stuck with this reproduce loop.
