I have Outlook 2010, but quite like the way Windows 10 mail works. In
Outlook 2010 I have several folders of email addresses. W10 mail imports my
basic ontacts folder, but I would like to import the other folders
seperately from contacts. Is there a way?

MS has turned a simple import, into a hair pulling torture.
 
I don't use that POS, Mail.
 
I use Windows Live Mail, and it works great.
