I have a XP and a Vista pc and EDIT is in their SYSTEM32 directories/folders. The file is part of the Operating System, afaik I can't send it to You and still be legal with Microsoft Corporation. Hope You can find it on Your copy of Windows 7. I have only had my hands on a WIN7 pc a few times to help someone, and I "think" I used EDIT.COM one time when helping them, but I could be wrong. I have been several times. Happy New Year to You and All Others in this echo. ....
