If it works for you, so be it. I never tell someone how to run their system, 
only offer advice as a hands on bench-tech for 20+ some odd years... servicing
hundreds if not thousands of computers. After awhile, you begin to see some 
patterns with the service-tickets and begin to politely question the customer.

At least you do not experiment with overclocking your computer to run some 
stupid game and later wonder why it randomly crashes?
