Stop the Windows Update service (WUAUSERV) and delete the contents of \Windows\SoftwareDistribution. It might actually be preferrable to set the Windows Update service to Disabled, and then only re-enable the service if and when you decide to install the updates. Always do a full backup before installing ANY update. Nick --- Renegade vY2Ka2 * Origin: Joey, do you like movies about gladiators? (1:229/426) .
