I tapped the link and got a 404 page 
From that page I was able to read some interesting articles about Cybersecurity
by tapping the icon in the upper Left corner and selecting Tech, and
Cybersecurity.

I might not had got to read the article Your post linked to since I read Your
post today and You wrote it some months ago.
