I had a day like that yesterday, Friday.  I woke at 08:20-ish instead of my 
usual at 07:00-ish.  That stuffed up the rest of my day.  Well, till about 
17:00.  Then it righted itself.

No excuse like that here.  All I can think of is the damned cold morning(s), as 
being the reason.  That and the fact that I'm actually closing the back door 
now.  Which helps the hound of the house sleep in.  Which also helps my indoor 
bird-friends sleep in as well (one crazy Lorikeet and one demure Sun Conure).

We're back to the seasonal normal range: tomorrow's forecast is a good example 
7-25øC.  Somewhat uncomfortable in the early hours but I'm okay out on the back 
verandah in full sun, enjoying the first smoke of the day at about 09:00.  :)
