Now I could follow your recipe to import a text, into the e-mail I was
creating, and I finally succeeded.

But oh how cumbersome, compared to doing it either with the shorthand
commands I have in my spine, or with the aid of the editors menu bar,
or copying (cutting) text from one window to the other.

That recipe of yours is printed out now, and will help me next time.
