I think we decided that JP (he hosts mysticbbs.com) would set up a Wiki, but
then we never agreed on something.  I posted a few options and asked for
feedback but I never took it further, even though a couple of people did
answer.

The wiki I picked out had an impressive list of features but it was very
poorly written as noticed by Access Denied, so that kind of went down the
drain.

I would like to have one with a WYSIWYG editor, which limits options.  And the
ability to either approve submissions, or easily rollback submissions to a
specific point just in case someone does malicious editing.

Exporting to PDF or Word or even HTML would be nice too.

We could also just make an HTML system and include it with Mystic or as a
separate download.  This could be hosted on mysticbbs.com or downloaded.  The
HTML files would have to be hand-edited but we could make a GIThub site or
something for it.

As always, I'm open to any and all suggestions for Wiki or documentation
revamp (it doesn't even HAVE to be a Wiki).
