I have forgotten to mention to you, that when looking at the map of time zones, in and old english "Radio Reference Handbook", published 1946, I stumbled across an "English-German Radio Vocabulary" in it. The reason I didn't remember it, was that I got a good dose of german at school, and that I have learned the german radio terms in the education to radio- and TV-tecnician, and also from the service manuals.
