Settled weather extends across France, the Alps and southern Germany, plenty of sunshine, feeling warm with light winds. An area of rain affects northern Germany, Denmark and northwestern Poland, becoming more extensive with time. A few light showers for the Netherlands, mainly in the morning. Slack low pressure over Scandinavia, slow-moving heavy bursts of rain developing for Norway and Sweden, local showers for Finland and the Baltic states.
