An upgrade to a Tornado/Wind driven Moderate Risk is forthcoming at 20z. DISCUSSION...Rapid air mass recovery is ongoing along a remnant outflow boundary over portions of central and eastern MO, northeast AR, southern IL/IN and western KY/TN. Confidence has increased in a significant severe risk such that an upgrade to a categorical Moderate Risk (15% Sig Tornado and 45% Sig Wind) will be forthcoming at 20z.
