The probability of rainfall exceeding flash flood guidance is less
than 5 percent.

Of note, there are storms training across the Gulf states this
morning - particularly across north/central portions of Alabama
where observations of 3 to 4 inches are coming in. Instability
over that area is waning and the radar imagery is starting to show
it breaking apart. While there is a non zero threat for very
isolated runoff/flooding possible it is not expected to exceed %
across this region. Please refer to WPC MPD #0075 for additional
