The probability of rainfall exceeding flash flood guidance is less

A cold front advancing across the Gulf Coast and through the
Florida Peninsula will bring a period of showers and thunderstorms
to the northern and central FL Peninsula Monday/Monday night. Its
interaction with an embedded disturbance may locally enhance
rainfall over the northern/central Peninsula but over the last
several model cycles, the trend has been for lower rainfall
amounts, now only locally up to 1". This magnitude of rainfall and
expectation that rain rates will be relatively light should keep
the risk of excessive rainfall below 5 percent, so the Marginal
Risk was dropped in this update.
