States Tuesday and Tuesday night.

....DISCUSSION...
An upper-level trough is forecast to move across the Mid Mississippi
Valley on Tuesday, as an upper-level ridge moves into the Rockies.
At the surface, high pressure will remain over much of the southern
and central U.S. The associated dry and cool airmass will make
conditions unfavorable for thunderstorms across the continental
United States Tuesday and Tuesday night.
