....NO SEVERE THUNDERSTORM AREAS FORECAST...

....SUMMARY...
Thunderstorms will be possible on Friday into Friday night across
parts of the Southeast and Carolinas, and near the coast of
California.

....DISCUSSION...
A mid-level trough will move eastward across the Great Lakes and mid
Mississippi Valley on Friday, as another through moves through the
far eastern Gulf of Mexico. Isolated to scattered thunderstorms will
be possible on Friday near the trough across the Florida Peninsula.
A few storms could also occur in Georgia and the Carolinas, along
the western edge of a moist airmass. Isolated thunderstorms may also
occur along the coast of California as an upper-level trough
approaches Friday night. No severe threat is expected across the
continental United States Friday and Friday night.
