....SUMMARY...
Severe thunderstorms are not expected on Friday.

....Synopsis...
A deep upper-level trough is forecast to amplify across the Great
Lakes into the eastern CONUS on Friday. A cold front will move
through portions of south TX, the Southeast, and Ohio
Valley/Northeast. Weak convection will be possible along the front,
but generally meager instability is expected to limit the
severe-thunderstorm threat. Convection with sporadic lightning
flashes will also be possible over Lake Michigan, as cold midlevel
temperatures overspread the region.
