Isolated strong to severe wind gusts remain possible across Arizona and portions of surrounding states. ....Parts of the Southwest... Several clusters of strong storms are ongoing this evening from southeastern California and southern Nevada across Arizona. The storms are occurring within an environment largely featuring modest instability, though greater CAPE (upwards of 2000 J/kg) is indicated over ports of the California desert and adjacent Colorado River Valley. With moderate mid-level southerly flow across this area, on eastern fringes of the upper low just off the California coast, a few stronger/organized storms will remain possible locally this evening.
