The severe weather threat for Tornado Watch 255 continues.

SUMMARY...The severe threat continues across Tornado Watch 255.
Severe winds appears to be the main threat, with 65+ kt gusts
possible, though occasional large hail remains a concern.

DISCUSSION...Cold pools associated with a compact cluster of
supercells have merged over the past hour or so, supporting the
upscale growth of a forward-propagating MCS. Several of the storm
cores within the MCS continue to exhibit 50+ dBZ echoes exceeding 40
kft, and KDFX radar inbound velocities at the 0.5 degree scan and
cross sections depict an intense rear-inflow jet. As such, severe
gusts (perhaps occasionally exceeding 65 kts) appear to be the main
threats with the MCS, though hailstones around 1 inch in diameter
may still occur.
