SUMMARY...Last bout of slow moving/stationary thunderstorms along
the frontal boundary before stabilizing overnight.  Efficient and
highly localized 2-3" totals will maintain low-end flash flooding
risk for next 2-3 hours.

DISCUSSION...Regional RADAR mosaic and 10.3um GOES-E EIR loops
depict remaining uncapped 1000-1500 J/kg MLCAPE pocket along the
stationary front from north-central AL to northwest of Columbus,
GA has developed over the last hour or so.  Weak southwesterly sfc
to boundary layer flow is providing sufficient convergence to
spark this line.  Similar to W Tennessee to Northern AL this
afternoon, weak upper level steering flow and deep moisture pooled
along the boundary will support 2-2.25"/hr rates with totals of
2-3" over the next hour or two before heating/instability is
exhausted with the loss of solar heating.  Given 1hr FFG values
within the area of concern are about 2-2.5", isolated flash
flooding is possible to occur.=20=20
