  It was in west Little Rock, then moved northeast to east-northeast. It
was rated an EF-3, with 165 mph winds (an EF-3 tornado was also at Wynne
in east Arkansas). With the Little Rock tornado, there was 54 injuries,
and 1 death.

  If you go to the YouTube Channel of Ryan Hall, Ya'll -- and look for
the March 31, 2023 tornado outbreak, a little over an hour into it,
just after 2pm central time, was the tornado warning and tornado
emergency for Little Rock, with video of the tornado.

  Unfortunately, more severe weather is in the offing Tuesday night
through Wednesday morning.
