Severe thunderstorms are not expected for the remainder of tonight.

....Synopsis...
A mid/upper-level shortwave trough will move from central/northern
CA toward the northern Great Basin this evening. Weak convection
associated with this shortwave and the associated upslope flow into
the Sierras may be capable of producing sporadic lightning flashes
through the evening. Weak convection (with the potential for
sporadic lightning flashes) may develop late tonight into parts of
northern NV/UT and southern ID, as the shortwave moves eastward.
Severe thunderstorms are not expected.
