Thunderstorms will be possible on Tuesday along the West Coast and in the Gulf Coast region. No severe thunderstorms are expected. ....DISCUSSION... West-southwest flow at mid-levels will remain in place on Tuesday from the Desert Southwest extending all the way to the Eastern Seaboard. A moist airmass will be located in the Gulf Coast States. Instability is expected to be limited across most of the continental United States on Tuesday. This, combined with an absence of large-scale ascent across the Southeast, will make the chance for thunderstorms low on Tuesday. The only potential for storm development will be from southeast Texas to the western Florida Panhandle, and along the West Coast. No severe threat is expected. ...Broyles.. 02/26/2023 $$ = = = To unsubscribe from WX-STORM and you already have a login, go to https://lists.illinois.edu and use the "Unsubscribe" link.
