Thunderstorms are not forecast over the contiguous United States
today.

....Synopsis...
A stable pattern will persist today with a split flow regime aloft,
and high pressure over the eastern half of the CONUS. A northern
stream shortwave trough will dive south into the northern Rockies
with cooling aloft aiding shower activity. However, there will be no
instability to support thunderstorms.
