No thunderstorms are forecast to develop across the continental
United States tonight.

....DISCUSSION...
A broad zone of northwest mid-level flow will become established
across the Great Plains tonight as a series of shortwave troughs
move eastward across the central and eastern U.S. At the surface, a
low will move eastward across northern Minnesota as high pressure
remains dominant over much of the central and eastern United States.
A relative cold and dry airmass associated with the surface high
will make thunderstorm development unfavorable through tonight
across the continental United States.
