SUMMARY...A threat for a brief tornado will continue for the next
hour or so.

DISCUSSION...An isolated thunderstorm in Iowa County recently
produced a tornado near Williamsburg. A small mesoscale environment
exists where backed surface winds, warm inflow, and sufficient
moisture would support a threat for brief tornado or two. This
threat may continue for another 1-1.5 hours. However, farther into
eastern/northeastern Iowa, what is already limited surface-based
buoyancy rapidly drops off. A watch is not expected for this
activity.
