Severe thunderstorms will not occur over the contiguous United
States on Saturday.

....Synopsis...
A large-scale mid-level trough will remain over the East while a
disturbance moving into the Pacific Northwest/northern Rockies tops
a ridge over the West.  Surface high pressure will be centered over
the Great Plains and cold offshore flow will extend from the Gulf of
Mexico northward along the Eastern Seaboard.  Conditions will be
hostile for thunderstorm development.
