....SUMMARY...
Organized severe thunderstorms are not forecast on Friday across the
contiguous United States.

....Synopsis...
A longwave mid-level trough over the eastern U.S. will gradually
move east as a mid-level low initially over IN moves northeastward
into Quebec.  An arctic cold front will sweep eastward across the
Eastern Seaboard during the day and into the western Atlantic.  Weak
elevated instability may result in a few thunderstorms Friday
morning over southern New England.  Expansive surface high pressure
centered over the Great Plains will overspread much of the East.
