The severe weather threat for Tornado Watch 576 continues.

SUMMARY...Threat for supercells capable of all severe hazards
continues. This threat will extend east of Tornado Watch 576 and
another Tornado Watch will be issued shortly for portions of far
southeast MS, far southwest GA, and the western/central FL Panhandle

DISCUSSION...The warm sector across southern MS and southern AL has
become increasingly confined over the past 2 hours, constrained on
the northern edge by a southward-progressing outflow and on the
eastern edge by a slow-moving warm front. Storms within the warm
sector have trended towards a more messy, cell-in-cluster mode, with
the strongest storms now in a line from Monroe County AL back to
Washington and St. Tammany Parishes in LA.=20

The strongest low-level flow will be displaced north of this warm
sector, but regional VADs still show 40-45 kt around 1 kft veering
to westerly at 50-70 kt around 5 kft. This profile coupled with
ample low-level moisture will continue to support the potential for
supercells capable of all severe hazards, including tornadoes. This
threat is expected to extend downstream of Tornado Watch 576 in far
southeast MS, far southwest GA, and the western/central FL
Panhandle. Another Tornado Watch will be issued shortly over these
areas.
