....Synopsis...

A strong upper trough will lift northeast across New England on
Sunday. Broad upper level troughing will persist east of the
Rockies, while an upper ridge is maintained across the western U.S.
At the surface, high pressure will dominate much of the CONUS with
generally dry and stable conditions expected, and thunderstorm
chances appear low on Sunday.
