Severe thunderstorms are not expected across the contiguous United
States through tonight.

....01z Update...

Isolated lightning flashes remain possible with any deeper
convection that develops ahead of an eastward-advancing cold front
from west-central FL north/northeast through the mid-Atlantic
coastal vicinity. While moderate to strong vertical shear is in
place, modest instability will limit severe potential. A couple of
stronger storms may develop near the immediate coast, especially in
SC/NC, but the more favorable environment for severe storms will
remain offshore.
