....SUMMARY...
Sporadic lightning flashes remain possible tonight, mainly over the
coastal Pacific Northwest.

Weak instability exists along coastal WA and just off the OR Coast,
beneath cold temperatures aloft with an upper low. Shoreline
convergence may yield isolated low-topped convection tonight mainly
over the ocean.

Elsewhere, a few showers and isolated lightning flashes may occur
tonight from parts of northeast TX into AR and LA as moisture and
weak instability shift north tonight in an otherwise weak lift/weak
instability environment.
