Low-level moisture should continue streaming northward across much of the southern/central Plains on Day 4/Monday, as an upper trough moves slowly eastward over the western CONUS. With the upper trough eventually forecast to eject over the Plains, some severe potential may exist around the middle of next week across parts of the northern/central Plains into the Upper Midwest. However, there is still a fair amount of uncertainty regarding the timing of the upper trough's ejection, the quality of low-level moisture return, and related instability.
