there's not really such as an echolist for files in play in fidonet... just 
like mail distribution systems, there's also file distribution systems... 
currently in fidonet, the filegate.zxx file is the closest you will get... its 
format, however, comes from the original TIC and RAID programs and is also 
known as the filebone format... the files in the filegate.zxx list are 
distributed by the filegate distribution system...
