No, it's not.

Michael Dillon and I wrote TinyTIC back in 2000.  Jame Clay now "maintains" 
the TinyTIC code as will as the vireq code.  He's not the original author of 
TinyTIC...which if you downloaded TinyTIC and read the documentation, it'd be 
blatantly obvious. :)

I just wanted to clarify that.  I still get TinyTIC support requests but I 
quit using it long ago since I no longer run Synchronet/2 (TinyTIC was written 
to work with Synchronet originally).  However, if you have questions about 
TinyTIC's source code, I can forward any questions to Michael who is no longer 
a member of Fidonet.
