You probably won't be able to read all of it with your software. What you need is an UTF-8 capable Fidonet message reader. If you don't have one, try the following. Disable any character translation in your reader. Write the message to a text file. View that text file with a UTF-8 text editor. For Windows Notepad will do. For *nix there is vi or nano.

In Windows you can also try:
CHCP 65001
Type (file name>

Be sure to go back to a three or four digit codepage afterthat, lots of stuff won't work in CP65001 :-(
