Enterprise is the one with Scott Bakula (of Quantum Leap) and takes place
in the time of post Warp travel but still well before Kirk. The Federation
of Planets doesn't exist yet and Earth is just reaching out toward the 
stars.

Actually they introduce the transporter for people in the first episode. :-)
