The "Year of Hell" was probably the best two episiods in the series.  Kirkwood
Smith is a great sci-fi actor.  I'm like you with the Kes/Neelix story but 
like
I said in my other post, leaving Neelix behind was a big let down.  Never did
like the Kes character.  She didn't seem to ever have any flaws.  At least in
the last couple of seasons Seven's character grew more.
